Yams, beets, parsnips, turnips, sweet potatoes carrots, yuca, celery, daikon, and icama roasted in ghee, onion, garlic and ginger.
 

Rice Pulao

Basmati rice dish with seasonal vegetables, ghee, and warming spices including fennel, fenugreek, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, saffron, cumin, black pepper and saindhav rock salt (improves digestion and strength)

All meals are accompanied with white basmati rice as its nourishing for the tissues, easy to digest and balancing to all body types.

Lactation Laddoos

Dry roasted whole wheat flour, dry roasted nuts, shredded coconut, freshly ground gum resin (bone building), jaggery sugar (superfood sweetner), fenugreek powder, dates, ginger powder, cardamom, cinnamon, ashwagandha (immunity enhancer) and shatavari kapla (woman's reproductive ally) are rolled into balls with ghee.  These are perfect for snacking and keeping by the bedside for a quick and healthy snack for mama.

Seasonal fruits stewed in ghee, dates, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom to help rebuild tissues, strength, and vitality.
 

Coconut Rice Pudding

Basmati rice, coconut milk, jaggery sugar, (superfood sweetner) cardamom, saffron, ginger powder, and ashwagandha (immunity enhancer) are simmered together to create a delicious and grounding dessert.

Date & Almond Elixir

Pre soaked dates and almonds blended with cardamom, cinnamon, fennel, and ginger create a creamy elixir.
 

Horchata

Pre soaked basmati rice blended with water, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, anise, jaggery sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt and ghee support nourishment and energy.

All of the items are organic and vegetarian.  Everything is made with love, intention and the desire to spread warmth, nourishment, and lubrication to the body.  Substitutions for specific dietary needs or allergies can be made (e.g. vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free).
